Jonathan Vallée
Co-Founder & CEO
For the past decade, I have been at the forefront of optimization and artificial intelligence, dedicating my career to pushing the boundaries in these dynamic fields. My journey is marked by substantial contributions, including two personal machine learning patents and a significant role as a co-inventor on another, showcasing my innovative spirit and technical prowess.
With over five years of leadership experience as a VP of Engineering and Data, I have guided and inspired teams of over 180 professionals, driving significant advancements and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. My corporate tenure culminated in the role of a principal data scientist, a position that underscored my deep expertise and strategic insight.
My professional path has been greatly influenced by my work in healthcare for the past nine years, where I have applied my skills to address complex challenges in the sector. Prior to this, my five-year tenure in retail provided me with a diverse range of experiences, further enriching my understanding of data-driven solutions across different industries.
Now, stepping beyond the corporate realm, I am committed to leveraging my extensive experience and knowledge to create impactful solutions and to mentor the next generation of innovators in AI and data science.

Over the past 10 years in the software industry, I have grown from my early days as a developer to expanding into leadership roles, a challenging and rewarding journey. My experience spans a wide spectrum - from revitalizing legacy systems to innovatively building new products from the ground up. I thrive on solving real problems with robust solutions that are also agile enough to evolve with changing business needs.
My professional path started outside the tech world, rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit and practical experience. From launching a small business during college to working in a family construction business, these early experiences honed my approach to problem-solving and innovation.
My time in the field has been instrumental, allowing me to merge technical expertise with a keen business acumen. My curiosity soon led me from the field to the back office. This shift ignited my passion for technology and its potential to drive impactful solutions.
Throughout my career, I've embraced each challenge and opportunity with a commitment to learning and growth. One of my key strengths lies in my ability to coach and mentor my team, empowering those around me to reach their full potential. This role extends beyond technical guidance; it's about nurturing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
